Terms of service
GENERAL TERMS
▶ Payment of the invoice implies acceptance of these terms.
▶ The art may take weeks or months to complete.
▶ Client and Artist shall not disclose each other's personal/contact details to any third parties without explicit consent from the other party.PAYMENT
▶ The currency is USD for people who live outside Brazil.
▶ The currency is BRL for people in Brazil (1 dollar = 2.5 reais).
▶ Commission can be paid in full or divided in parts (Example: 50% at the beginning, 50% at the end).
▶ Price can be divided into up to 20 installments.
▶ Payment will be by invoice sent to email (Paypal).
▶ Full refunds are not offered.COMMERCIAL USE
▶ Level 1: Client may use the artwork on monetized platforms (such as TwitchTV or YouTube) and may print for personal use.
▶ Level 2 (Price +100%): Client may use the artwork on monetized platforms and is permitted to sell merchandise featuring the artwork. Price exception for Vtuber Model Art, where commercial use level 2 is +$150
PROCESS
▶ Client will describe what they want and Artist will provide rough sketches until one is approved. After that, the artist will only continue the drawing when he receives some part of the payment.
▶ Client can request WiP at any part of the process.
▶ Changes in the drawing after the rough sketch has been approved may cost extra.
▶ Small or simple changes (like colors or size of things, etc) in any part of the art process are free.
▶ Client can request any changes in the rough sketch phase for free.
▶ Client will only receive the complete artwork after full payment.DELIVERY
▶ There is no physical product.
▶ Finished commissions will be sent by email or google drive link.
▶ Client will receive the art without signature.COPYRIGHT & USE
▶ Permissions to use the artwork depend on the commercial use payment.
▶ Client is not allowed to use the art for AI image generation.
▶ Client is not required to give credit to the artist when posting the artwork, this is optional.
▶ Artist may post the artwork on social media (with lower resolution and with signature) and use it as an example for a portfolio. If client does not want the art posted, they must notify the artist in advance.
